Citizens are advised to carry identification documents with them at all times and to use excise office-issued number plates on their vehicles. Those found using illegal number plates or driving unregistered vehicles will face legal action. Foreign nationals are particularly encouraged to carry identification documents with them.
Residents are also encouraged to register tenants and employees at their nearest police station or khidmat markaz, and those who employ unregistered local or foreign workers may be subject to investigation. If you notice any unusual activity, you are urged to report it by calling 15.”
