Have the will to change

Be honest

Forgive others
Islam gives the lesson of forgiveness so try to be forgiving to those who have wronged you. That would only have a bad impact on your body and mind.
Be kind

Be patient
In Qur’an, Allah the Most High said: “And be Patient.Surely, Allah is with those who are patient.” From this verse of Noble Qur’an, we can say that no matter what’s the situation we are going we should be faithful and patient as Allah is with us, He will never leave us alone.
Be truthful
Let there be no pressure in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold that never breaks. And Allah is great and know all things. There shall be no compulsion in the religion.
